I love your stuff! How do I order?

Thank you! For existing products, you may view the full catalogue on my IGS Highlights. Once you got your order sorted, please email/IG DM me with your order. I’ll reply with payment details. Order is only confirmed when payment is received and acknowledged. I’ll send out a shipping notification in a couple of days after.

For new launches, they will be released with teasers on Instagram as well. Stay tuned!

Just me—it’s a one woman show. I design, plan, make, clean, pack, photograph and write. More about me here!

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow at least 2-3 business days to ship your order. If it is a customised piece, it would on a case-by-case basis. Once your order is shipped, a shipping notification will be sent.

All deliveries are shipped from Singapore, via Singpost, locally and internationally. Local trackable courier will be via Qxpress.

For door step deliveries, a signature if required upon delivery. If you missed the delivery, a notice would be given to opt for self-collection or redelivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Regular Local Postage
For small items only, non-trackable (approx. 3-5 business days). This delivery option is FREE for all items except larger items i.e. pottery wares.

Registered Local Courier
For all items, charged at a flat rate of $4.50, trackable (approx. 1-2 business days).

Registered International Orders
For all items, prices vary across countries. Please email for accurate estimate of shipping charges. Do note that you are responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties chargeable on your purchase or shipment of the item that is determined by the customs agency.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please keep in mind slight colour and measurement variations might occur as all products from Average Jo are handmade, thus no two items are identical. However, should you still want to proceed with a refund/exchange for any reason, please buzz me and I'll do my best.

May I have a customised a product? Or maybe two... or even three!?

I’m always open to new challenges! If you've something in mind—great. If not, some mood boards or image references with the the colours/palette you have in mind would be helpful! We can see how to work from there.
